Available positions

Seasonal Sales Associate (x2)

  • Effectively communicate technical specifications of each Collection and model including sourcing, manufacturing and assembly practices

  • Commit to a no-pressure, high integrity approach with each customer; take the lead to promote a top-notch, high quality customer experience where they come first

  • Generate ideas to exceed sales goals and demonstrate best revenue-generating practices

  • Stay on top of market trends, direct-to-consumer best practices and current inventory to track and manage on-site offerings and best advise purchase order calendars

  • Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, co-workers and management 

  • Supervises all shipping of product and online fulfillment; ensures all product is efficiently and safely mailed

  • This is a seasonal position through December. Applicant must be based in Chicago, able to lift 10 pound boxes and be mobile between Fulton Market offices and West Loop retail space

  • Previous experience in retail, customer-facing role strongly preferred


  • Write clear, persuasive, original copy through various iterations of a project

  • Have a deep understanding of our company values, product specifications and charity partner initiatives to develop and conceptualize copy direction of branding and digital advertising initiatives

  • Collaborate in strategic brainstorming, creative brief development, campaign development, and creative execution

  • Ability to go deep in research into client industries and understand the standards, trends, and where the market is heading

  • Write and edit content for websites, social channels, ads, video scripts, blogs, etc.

  • Ability to exercise both technical and creative/editorial copywriting skills, and an understanding of the appropriate context and audience for each

  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously

Digital Marketing Strategist Intern

  • Manage strategy and SEM including keyword strategy, PPC, link building, page rank, organic SEO and more

  • Improve content’s search rankings, CTR, traffic and conversions

  • Work with CEO to develop content around relevant terms

  • Develop and improve programs for lead acquisition and conversion including A/B testing, list segmentation and management

  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content and social channels

  • Establish closed-loop analytics to understand how inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers

  • Stay up to date on tools, bidding and reporting

  • Day-to-day planning, execution, and analysis of paid-search and product listing ads programs

  • Optimize and troubleshoot digital marketing data feeds

  • Manage video/display program in line with marketing calendar

  • Strong analytical skills: must have working knowledge of commonly-used digital marketing metrics and the ability to draw insights from them

  • Additional experience working with digital marketing agencies, retail or ecommerce, ecommerce tools and platforms such as Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Yext, Google Merchant Center strongly preferred 

Social Media Intern

  • Create and execute social media strategies that both speak to and inspire social media audiences via research, social listening, messaging and audience identification
  • Collaborate with our team in creating, sourcing, producing, editing and publishing content that promotes conversation and drives engagement across client channels

  • Develop leadership skills and professional acumen through client interaction, inter-team collaboration and staying up-to-date on developments from major social platforms

  • Help analyze metrics to determine what’s working, what’s not and how to improve strategy
