The International Rescue Committee responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises, helping to restore health, safety, education, economic wellbeing and power to refugees and individuals devastated by conflict and disaster.
Founded in 1933 at the request of Albert Einstein, the IRC delivers lifesaving care to people fleeing conflict and natural disaster. Year after year, the IRC is one of the highest-ranking nonprofits for accountability, transparency, and efficient use of contributions. The IRC believes that the world’s 60 million displaced people, the highest number ever recorded, require more than “aid as usual," and their growing and increasingly complex needs mandate a transformation in the global humanitarian response. The International Rescue Committee has taken on the challenge to help refugee families in crises, providing necessary and immediate aid to refugees upon arrival in the U.S., including housing, cultural orientation, health care, education, employment, and immigration services.
This month, 5% of Le Coeur proceeds will be donated to the International Rescue Committee in support of our newest fellow Americans. Visit rescue.org to learn more about how your purchase helps refugees around the world.
