Shipping and delivery
All orders ship from Chicago, USA within 2 business days, unless noted otherwise. You will receive your package tracking number via email when your order is being prepared to ship or upon its dispatch. We offer FedEx express and rush shipping options for all domestic orders and flat $30 Fedex worldwide shipping for international orders.
Please note that for all international orders shipping to countries outside of the U.S., import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
We're sorry to hear if something didn't fit quite right or was not what you expected. We accept returns and exchanges within 2 weeks of order placement. Please fill out the form on our Exchanges and Returns page and we will respond to you with our returns address within 24 hours. Please note that customized timepieces and warehouse orders are final.
WARRANTY AND REPAIR
Each watch comes with a one year warranty against manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal). The warranty does not cover normal aesthetic changes that occur during typical wear and tear or aging. Please submit your warranty request through the form on our Exchanges and Returns page. Please include 'Warranty Request' in the subject line and include your order number and a detailed description of the issue at hand. All warranty claims and requests for watch repair/replacement will be completed at our discretion.
Case Waterproof up to 5 ATM: All timepieces are waterproof up to 5 ATM. This means that they can withstand splashes of water or rain. While the watchcase itself is suitable for showering or swimming in shallow water, we recommend refraining from getting the leather straps wet as this will significantly shorten the lifespan of the band.
Leather Straps: We use genuine Italian leathers for all timepieces listed. The leathers may inherently pick up markings and scuffs, and develop a natural patina and darken with everyday wear.
Battery: The watch battery can be accessed by unscrewing the 6-piece screw caseback. When it comes time to replacing the battery, we suggest using plastic tweezers rather than metal tweezers as to not short-circuit it. Your local watch or jewelry repair shop often provides services for easy battery replacement as well.
You can find replacement watch batteries singly or in multipacks in watch repair shops, some fine jewelry shops or online sites such as Ebay or Amazon. Our Collections use the following batteries as noted: Classic Collection: Renata 364, Energizer 364, Sony SR621SW or equivalent; Chrono Collection: Sony SR927W or equivalent; Timeless Collection: Sony SR621SW or equivalent.
swapping leather straps
For screw rod models, you can swap your leather straps with a small precision screwdriver (1.0-1.5 mm). Unscrew the rods that attach the leather strap to the watch case, place your new leather strap between the case lugs and re-screw the rod in place.
Alternatively for spring bar models, you may swap the leather straps using a watch spring bar tool set. Carefully place the spring bar tool in between the case lug and leather edge. Gently compress the spring bar, allowing it to slide out from in between the watch lugs and remove the leather thereafter. Swap in the leather of your choice, sliding the spring bar into the strap hole. After placing it between the case lugs, use your spring bar tool to depress the end of the spring bar so it slides inside the watch lug, making sure both ends of the spring bar securely snap into the lug sockets once the spring is extended again.
Your local watch or jewelry repair shop often provides services for easy strap replacement as well.
